Examples of past dissertations

We keep a number of dissertations in the Library which have been selected by tutors as good examples. These may be consulted within the Library, and are for reference only.

To see which dissertations are available:

1. Open the Library Catalogue

2. Search using the word 'dissertation', and some words from your programme title. For example:

  • environmental pollution dissertation
  • occupational health dissertation
  • public health dissertation ...

3. Choose which dissertation(s) you would like to see, then print and complete the request form below and take it to UniHelp on the ground floor of the Library.

Writing scientific papers

It is aimed at researchers writing for publication but contains good general advice.
