Fraud Alert Process
Maps out the process when CCSS identifies fraudulent activity on a student account. When a student account is identified as fraudulent, the student account is blocked. A ticket is automatically generated in E2S. The ticket is then processed by UniHelp (as CCSS is not a student-facing service). Once the student has made contact and issues with the account identified and passwords changed the student the block is lifted by CCSS and transferred back to UniHelp to inform the student and close.
