CRM Systems

The Applications Operations Team manages and maintains the CRM system that records student enquiries (Engage2Serve) and the Chat service.  The diagram below describes the different areas of the software:

Enquiry management – tickets and knowledgebase
Booking system – appointments and events
Custom developments – online forms and processes
Business Intelligence – reports and dashboards

And the interaction and integration with other systems including MISIS.
