CIQ Pro - Quick Start Guide

Standard and Poor’s Cap IQ Pro platform is a comprehensive financial database that has both a desktop application and an Excel add-in.

Cap IQ Pro is great for:

  • Company overviews
  • Comparing a company with it's peer group
  • Private company data
  • Screening for equities, bonds, mergers and acquisitions
  • Accessing data online – on your laptop or phone
  • Certification courses

Accessing CIQ Pro

Begin by navigating to MyMDX

  • Select the Student/Staff option
  • Click on Library
  • Library: Quick Links
  • Databases
  • Click on C
  • Select Cap IQ Pro
