Welcome to the Subject Guide for Animation, 3D, and Game Design. This guide gives you information on finding books in the library, journals relevant to your subject, and other resources such as new acquisitions, websites, and databases.
The Materials Room is home to the MDX special collections related to art and design. The Room is normally open during term time, Monday-Friday, 12 - 3 PM - although there may be teaching in the room, especially in the Autumn term. See below for weekly opening hours. You can find it in the Basement of the Sheppard Library, Hendon. The Sheppard Library holds an amazing collection of vintage and contemporary comics, showing a wide range of graphic styles. There are children's, underground publications sci-fi and manga, and many others. This collection is available in the Materials Room which is in the Basement of the Sheppard Library.
