* IT Services will help you with passwords and 2FA, downloading free software and laptop loans.

* You will be set up with an MDX student email account which you can access via MyMDX.

* We have support teams available for all aspects of student finance and funding.

* We can provide student status and council tax letters as well as forms for travel, parking and bursaries.
