Journal of Chinese Medicine and European Journal of Oriental Medicine

You may browse the websites by topic and do a simple search in the Product search box, but the journal webpages are not very user friendly.

Another way you may search for articles in these journals is to use Google Scholar.

The following example illustrates how to search Google Scholar for articles within Journal of Chinese Medicine. The same principle works for searching for articles within European Journal of Oriental Medicine:

Step 1

Step 2

This search will retrieve some results from The American Journal of Chinese Medicine but this offers an alternative way of searching which you may find easier than using the Journal's own website.

A similar search in Google Scholar using the journal title "European Journal of Oriental Medicine" retrieves articles from that journal only.

The links to the articles in the journal from the results page in Google Scholar and Library Search may not take you directly to the article. If this is the case you may use the search box within the journal webpage search using article title keywords and navigate your way through to the article.

  • Using the full article title in the Product Search box, followed by clicking on the Articles tab works well in the Journal of Chinese Medicine webpage.
  • Click on Articles. Use article title keywords (e.g addiction) in the search box. Click on the relevant result article title to take you to the correct journal issue, click on Articles and navigate your way to the article to download it from the EJOM Archive webpage.
