UniHelp is your first port of call for general student enquiries. Advisors will be able to refer you to the appropriate specialist team, make an appointment for you to see a specialist or direct you to appropriate workshops or drop-ins. The service is available seven days a week by phone, online and face-to-face at one of the the helpdesks of the ground floor of The Sheppard Library, Hendon campus. Phones and desks are staffed between 8.30am - 9.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday; and 11am - 6pm UK time, Saturday and Sunday).

Volume and Issue number
Volume and issue numbers usually refers to journals. Each issue of a journal has an issue number. A number of issues form a volume which generally covers one calendar year eg. June 2010 13(6) ie. Volume 13, issue 6. These numbers will help you locate the exact issue of a journal that you require.

Is a university level programme in which the student is based in the workplace, they use the work situation as the focus for their study, and where the programme is tailored to meet their specific needs as well as those of their organisation.
